• Reservation must be made in advance by contacting hotel Reservation directly
• The physical or e-voucher must be presented at the time of check-in
• Rescheduling is allowed up to 3 times within the validity period
• Any cancellation or modification must comply with the hotel’s cancellation policy
• If the guest fails to show up on the scheduled date without prior cancellation, the voucher will be forfeited, and no replacement accommodations will be provided
• Blackout date is applied during Peak Season
• The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• The voucher cannot be extended beyond its validity period
• The voucher is non-refundable and non-exchangeable
• The hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers
